I hear it all the time.
“I’ve tried everything, but can’t make money online.”
“I’ve signed up for membership sites, I’ve bought the ebooks and I’ve even done the challenges that walk you step by step through creating a successful business.”
I’m going to tell you the problem…and this may shock you.
The reason you haven’t been successful at making money online, is because you are trying to make money!
Go ahead, I’ll wait while you read that again.
It may not make sense at first, but keep reading, it will.
A couple of things happen when your main goal is to make money online.
First, you fall in to the trap of trying to find the quick, easy or fast way to make money.
I’ve been doing this for years and let me tell you, I have found some quick hit successes, but they dry up real quick too. Once they do, you are stuck looking for the next best thing. This turns into a never ending cycle. And when you don’t find the next best thing, you either fail or give up. Neither one of these are good outcomes when trying to succeed online.
Second, when trying to make money fast, you often skip over the most important steps of becoming successful.
These include, creating long term and short term goals. Creating daily habits that move you towards those goals. Evaluating along the way, and making adjustments if things aren’t working. And the most important, focusing on and trying hard to provide value to your readers or customers.
Making money online is possible!
However, you must go about it the right way. You must focus on helping others. If your readers are getting value from the information you are providing them, you are on the right track.
If you are only trying to make a quick buck and will do anything you can to make it off of them, they aren’t going to be to pleased! They will figure you out and they will not return to your site.
Do you like to be scammed or taken advantage of?
I didn’t think so….neither do they.
So you may be wondering how do you provide value?
Well, you find out what solution or information they are looking for and give it to them.
Sounds simple right? Well it is.
I’m putting together a few things that I really think are going to help you find success online. So if you aren’t already subscribed to receive updates from me, look for the form after this post.
But for right now all I want you to do is get the idea of making millions of dollars over night for doing little or nothing out of your head!
Save that for the guy sitting on his couch with Doritos at 3am in the morning, ordering infomercial products like “Shortcut to Millions”, because he thinks he can have that Ferrari and Mansion with very little work. Not going to happen!
