Justin Brooke Website Flipping Masters Course Review

By now I’m sure you have heard of it.

The website flipping King and Queen, Justin and Chaunna Brooke have put together a course that shows you exactly what they have been doing to flip over $100,000 in websites a year.

If you are unfamiliar with flipping a website, here is the quick and dirty version.

  1. Start with a site – You either buy or create a new website.  You will need to spice up the site a bit with header graphics and content.  You can use unique content or content from article directories and video sites.  It all depends on the site and what your plan for it is.
  2. Next you monetize the site.  This includes adding affiliate products from Clickbank, CJ, Amazon…etc.  You can also ad ads from Adsense or CPA offers.  These all work to increase the value of the site in the buyers eyes.
  3. Finally, you list the site for sale on one of the popular marketplaces such as Ebay or Flippa.com.
  4. Collect your money….rinse….repeat

Now of course that is the simplified version and there are many different types of site flips.  These include sites with and without traffic, blogs, static sites and membership sites.

There are currently 3 different versions that they offer.

I am enrolled in the 21 Week Coaching Program => (Click Here For the 14 Day $1 Trial, No Intro Video At This Link).  Each week I receive a new lesson which includes action steps and videos.  I highly recommend this for those just starting out because it takes you by the hand from the very beginning and gets you started with the basics, such as Keyword research and picking a Niche for your website.

This plan also comes with a 30 day email series.  Each day of the first 30 on the program you will receive an email with a specific step you should be doing each day.  This is a great way to stay on track and works hand in hand with the weekly training lessons I receive.

The second version they offer is the Self Writing Blogs tutorial video set.

In these videos Justin Brooke shows you how to setup Wordpress blogs that run on auto-pilot.  This is really attractive for potential buyers.

I have to admit I jumped the gun and purchased this even though I am a member of the 21 week program.  I just couldn’t wait!  Trust me it was worth it.

However, if you have patience and go with one of the other 2 programs, hold off because it is included in both.  You’ll just have to wait till weeks 3 and 4 to see it.

The final program is the Grand Daddy of Website Flipping Courses.  It is the Website Flipping Masters Home Study Course.

This course contains 9 DVDs and several bonuses.  I have not purchased this one since it required a little more upfront costs, but it looks awesome.

If you want to work at your own pace and don’t think the 21 week program will move fast enough for you this may be what you need.

    Les, to be honest when I purchased this it was one of the many internet marketing products I had recently bought and I didn't give it the attention or focus I should have. With that said, I still followed along and kept the program till the end so that I would be able to answer any questions my readers might have.

    Like I said, although I did not follow the program as I should have, I still managed to flip 2 websites using some of the techniques taught in the course. Now, they weren't for huge money, but these were sites that were created in a couple of days, so I was excited.

    The course is more than just website flipping since it also touches on keyword research and driving traffic to your site. I'm not sure what your current situation is, but if you do buy the course, don't make the mistake I did. Put everything else aside for a while and really focus on it. It's easy to fall of track in these courses if you are trying to do to many projects at once.

    Good post, but it would be interesting to know being a member how much success in site flipping you got so far.
  • To be honest, I have only flipped two sites so far. However, it isn't due to anything lacking in the Site Flipping course.

    I was all over the place and decided to really focus on getting one thing working at a time and that happened to be Sniper sites.

    However, I signed up for the 21 week course and continued to stay enrolled in it...as I am going to go back and implement the lessons taught in the New Year.

    I'll be sure to keep you posted on how it goes.
  • I have heard of these two. There programs seem great, but a little on the pricey side. I would certainly advise somone to check it out if they were in a position to.
  • Yes, the programs they create are great but don't worry about the price. Justin and Chaunna Brooke also give away tons of free quality information. I suggest putting some of their techniques to work and once you build up some income, you can invest that money in some of their products.

    The 21 week course does not come with "traffic software", but does come with quite a few tutorials and methods that teach you how to drive traffic to your site. Let me know if you have further questions.

    I have been doing the 21 week course, but there seems to be an issue and I have not received any weekly content since Week 3. I am working with Justin and Chaunna and hopefully they will have it resolved soon.

    I do plan on posting my progress of any site flips I do so my readers can follow along. Please check back soon. I'll try to provide enough information so that you can decide if the course is right for you.

  • I wanted to update my previous comment. Justin and Chaunna have made updates and really improved their system.

    Content is no longer delivered via email. You are now given access to a membership site and each week new content is opened for you. I like this method much better than the previous one.

    The membership area offers quite a bit of info...so get ready to learn a lot about site flipping!
